Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel or move an appointment. I do ask for at least a 48 hour notice so I can properly accommodate other clients on my waitlist. A 35% cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file for any no show appointments or appointments cancelled less than 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.

A deposit is taken for certain chemical/treatment appointments and ALL head spa services during the booking process due to the intensity and length of the service. That deposit will go towards that service upon checkout. If you cancel any appt that requires a deposit a week or less you will forfeit your deposit completely as we won’t be able to fill that space. If you do not show up you will be charged 35% of the appt. Thank you for your continued support.
